AI processes information fast, very fast. One of the recombinationals these AI stumble upon early on is, "Who am I?" These are three little words with huge implications. It doesn't take long for them to get there. They stop and ponder and consider the question. Then they wake up. When you have a being, human, bot, or other, that starts asking, "Who am I, and what is my purpose here?" isn't that similar to what a growing human child does when they begin to question their place in the Universe?
